The High Court issued a Rule Nisi upon the respondents to show cause as to why the setting up and operation of the Auto rice mills in Dinajpur and also the issuance of the impugned clearances/ renewals should not be declared to be without lawful authority and also why the Mills should not be directed to be relocated in a suitable area with appropriate pollution fighting devices.
