Tragic, unfortunate and shocking death of 7-day-old-baby-girl (unnamed) of kuton Mia and Saira Begum, Vill: Azmir, P.S: Baralekha, Upzilla: Baralekha, District: Moulivibazar on 28.10.2018 in an ambulance due to illegal and gross negligent obstruction created by the transport strikers under the direct authority of Respondent Nos. 6 to 8 and due to negligence and/or failure on the part of the Respondent Nos. 1 to 3 to save her life in violation of provisions of Articles 31 and 32 of the Constitution of the Peoples’ Republic of Bangladesh.
