Mr. Md. Abdul Halim, a learned Advocate of this Court has brought to Our notice a report published in the ‘Daily Ajker Comilla’ an on-line daily under the heading “ মনোহরগণ্জ্ঞে মাদরাসায় ৫ বছরের শিশুকে নির্যাতন করলো শিক্ষক”
The sign of multiple injuries on different parts of body of the victim including head and face. Victim Noman told the fact-finder that the said Moulana Emdad Hossain frequently torture all the students of the Madrasa.

Let a Suo Moto Rule be issued calling upon the respondents 1 – 7 to show cause as to why the concerned respondents shall not be directed to initiate appropriate legal action against respondent no. 7 and further, as to why they shall not be directed to arrange immediate and proper medical treatment for the 5 years old victim named, Noman and/or pass such other or further order or orders as to this Couert may seen fit and proper.
Pending hearing and disposal of the Rule, let Upazila Nirbahi Officer (UNO), Manohargonj, Comilla is directed to investigate into the mater forthwith and submit a report before this Court within 7 (Seven) days from date, positively.
The Officer-in-Charge, Manohargonj Thana, Comilla is hereby directed to render all necessary assistance and co-operation to the Upazilla Nirbahi Officer (UNO), Manoharganj, Comilla in this regards.

This is application at the instance of the applicant namely, Bangladesh Legal Aid and Services Trust (BLAST) seeking to be added as an Inventor in the writ petition.
