The High Court issued a Rule Nisi calling upon the respondents to show cause as to why a direction should not be issued upon them to hand over peaceful possession of the Khas land fully described in the schedule Ka, Kha, Ga, Gha and Uma, already leased out to the Petitioner No. 6 to 61 by different registered Kabuliyat deeds, for a period of 99 years.
