Details
The High Court issued a Rule Nisi directing the respondents to show cause as to why the failure of the respondents in preventing unlawful construction of a residential building by the respondent no 9 to 12 encroaching upon a public road situated in Gendaria, Dhaka should not be declared to be unlawful. The Court also restrained the Respondents by an order of injunction from continuing with construction. Respondents 2-6 were directed to file an affidavit stating what steps they have taken pursuant to the petitioner’s applications.
