The High Court issued a Rule Nisi upon the respondents to show cause as to why the impugned notification inviting application in respect of leasing out theJolmohal namely, ‘Mashankura Beel’ should not be declared to have been issued without lawful authority, and why the respondents should not be directed to take necessary steps to protect the Jolmahal.
