The Court directed that every citizen has the constitutional rights to be dealt with in accordance with laws, and the detune is no exception. Although they found force in submissions by the Advocate. For bail, it was their view that the learned Session Judge, Shariatpurshould be direct on matters of bail.The learned Session Judge, Shariatpur is at liberty to consider the bail of the detune namely “Baby” who is held in custody.
