As the Director General of Health appointed 44 Female Doctors for ascertaining the age of female rape victim, the rule was disposed of with directions that the respondent will monitor the issue that no female victim will be dealt with by male physicians and their assistants with regard to ascertaining their age in any hospital and/or any other other clinics.
