A Suo Moto Rule was issued upon the respondents to show cause as to why they should not be directed to take legal action against the running of private vehicles as public vehicles, why they should not directed to cancel the registration, why they should not be directed to employ a mobile court for stopping use of unauthorized CNG private Auto Rickshaw on commercial basis without any permission as required by law.
