The impugned order dated 05.07.2001 was passed by respondent No. 1, rejecting the application under Order VII, Rule 11 of the Code of Civil Procedure filed by the petitioner for rejection of the plaint of the respondent No. 2 of the BLL Case No. 227 of 2011 now pending before the 1st Labor Court, Dhaka, is declared to have been passed without lawful authority and is of no legal effect.
BLL Case No. 227 of 2011 is also dismissed.
