The High Court issued a Rule Nisi to show causes as to why the creation of pressure and disturbance upon the petitioner to stop the stone collection and processing business situated at Sylhet before allowing or rejecting the application for issuing ‘যান্ত্রিক পদ্ধতিতে পাথর উত্তোলনের জন্য পরিবেশগত ছারপত্র’ in favour of the petitioner should not be declared to have been made without lawful authority.
