High Court Division on 02.01.2011 issued a Sue Moto Rule to show cause as why the respondents didi not apply for the remand of accused Korban, in order to procure more information, and why they failed to apprehend Ramzan, Saddam, Emran, Rassel, Omar Faruk, Salahuddin, whose name were either in the FIR or sprang subsequent to Korban’s arrest. Court directed to set up a committee, excluding police personnel, to undertake a through investigation into the melancholic scenario.
