Rule Nisi was issued upon the respondents to show cause as to why not giving effect to section 55 and 59 of the EPZ Worker’s Association and Industrial Relations Act 2004 by notification in the official Gazette regarding establishment of Labour Tribunal (EPZ) and Appellate Tribunal should not be declared to have beunlawful and of no legal effect.
