The writ petition was filed upon the unlawful notices (25 in numbers) of eviction from the homestead purportedly issued by the Deputy Commissioner, Barisal, vide Miscellaneous Case No. 20/2006-07, (S.A.) 07 Keti/2006-2007, directing the Bhumihin 496 families (about 2500 Family Members) who are residents of Charbadna, living there as Char khas land, erecting dwelling house thereon.
