Facts

To prevent students from copying the answer from examinees sitting next, the Dhaka Board introduce four sets of answer sripts containing the same objective question but set and printed in different order. Although this set code device is an adequate and effective method but sue to poor briefing  by the examiners , the total of 2785 students mistakenly no filled up the set code and the results of these students are canceled by the Dhaka Board. BLAST filed this civil suit seeking necessary orders to the Dhaka Board to reevaluate the anser scripts and give actual marks opted by the students.
