The High Court issued a Rule Nisi upon the respondents to show cause as to why the respondents should not be directed to protect the agricultural land, wetlands, low land at SonargaonUpazilla of Narayangonj from unauthorised earth filling for Sonargaon Resort City and to prevent further earth filling and why they should not be directed to realise the compensation for villagers.
